This notice explains how Give Story (“Company,” “we,” “our”) handles information. We build an offline‑first memoir app—so this document is intentionally short.

Zero‑Analytics

Give Story stores everything on your iPhone or iPad. We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, or usage logs. No data is transmitted to our servers.

Legal Basis & Governing Law

Because we keep data on‑device, the minimal processing that occurs is based on our legitimate interest in providing the app (GDPR Art 6 §1 f). This policy is governed by the laws of Texas, USA.

Your Rights

• Export. Tap Settings > Export inside the app.
• Delete. Swipe left on a story or moment to delete it.
• California residents. We do not "sell or share" personal information as defined by CCPA/CPRA.

Future Services

If we ever add optional cloud sync or anonymous analytics, you will see a clear opt‑in screen and this policy will update first.

Children

Give Story is not directed to children under 13 and we collect no personal data from anyone.

Changes

We post updates on this page and announce material changes in‑app before they take effect.
